We make it all from scratch! We use fresh sustainably sourced ingredients, and locally grown produce as often as possible. As a chef, i take immense pride in making world class cuisine for my valued guests, and the community of the eastern sierra. I make my own dressings, sauces, sweet treats, and beverages from scratch with real ingredients. I marinate and brine our chicken, beef, and pork for the most tender outcome. We are diet, and allergy-conscious offering VEGETARIAn, Vegan, and GF options, putting the same love into the creation of those dishes. We are all-inclusive, making food for everyone to enjoy!
